Poker Bible study - short term luck v long term skill
For this poker Bible study we will start off with perhaps the greatest of the Bible books. This Bible scroll was so obviously written by a man who is on such a run of bad variance,downwing, sick beats and luck etc. I know how the man feels, we all do.
This poker Bible study discussion in Ecclesiastes shows the pointlessness of poker when short term luck comes in to it. As the modern poker Buddha himself says if it weren't for luck good poker players would win every tournament. Meaning himself as the modern poker Buddha seems to be the only good or important person and poker player in the world. Is he Maltese or Gibraltarian as they tend to think like that? He certainly is fat enough to be so.
The Trainer/Teacher in Ecclesiastes then gives a warning, that the poker advise to be read in these scrolls still can not help you against lucky and stupid cunts. That's Poker!
14 I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.
15 What is twisted cannot be straightened;
what is lacking cannot be counted.17 Then I applied myself to the understanding of wisdom, and also of madness and folly, but I learned that this, too, is a chasing after the wind.

You can guess that the writer has just been knocked out by another donk in a donkament after doing everything right apart from not killing the other idiot before the river card was dealt. Or that his nation did't genecide the Villains people. Maybe that is why God did punish the Jews when they didn't genocide literally every mother fucker in sight. This allowed Donks to escape and breed and we are all now paying for it.
So although you can learn everything, even all the lessons that the original Super System in the Bible shows you, it can make no difference short term. Long term you will be a winner but short term you can and will lose to any cunt that can hold cards. Sometimes these cunts cant even hold cards. Sometimes they cant even see them but they can still beat you with blind luck. That's Poker!
